Landscape Architect
Job Role
- Work with the Team in architectural / Landscape design, including generating design concepts, research and production.
- Participate in presentation meetings with clients and consultants.
- Provide technical design expertise and services in all landscape architectural design development processes.
- Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design process.
- Provides creative design solutions to stakeholders and ensures projects are continually meeting budgets and schedules.
- Capable in conducting site analysis, brief analysis and design concept presentations.
- Producing high quality presentations using Photoshop and PowerPoint.
Research and keep the team updated with industry changes, evolution and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture – Landscape Architect.
- Min. 2 – 6 years’ experience as Architect
- Excellent presentation abilities and Proficient in Residential Villas.
- Proficiency Design software (Photoshop, Lumion, InDesign, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Revit is a must)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
